Key Terms for Joining the Regular Window Cleaning Round
1. By joining our regular window cleaning service, you agree to a **minimum of 3 cleans**.
2. If you cancel the service before the completion of 3 cleans, you will be **liable for the cost of the remaining cleans**.
3. You agree to make payment within 24 hours of the service being carried out.
4. We are an **all-year-round window cleaning company**, which means we clean in all weather conditions, including rain. We offer a **rain guarantee**—if you are unsatisfied with the clean due to rain, notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to rectify the issue.

1. Quoting
1.1. Upon request, we will provide an electronic quotation outlining the total price and a breakdown of the services requested within 24 hours, either via email or text message.
1.2. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
2. Window Cleaning
2.1. We use pure water technology, which is effective for removing general dirt from windows and frames. Please note that it does not remove sticker residue, plaster, or paint.
2.2. We do not clean windows with broken or cracked glass. If any are found, we will inform you either in person (if you are home) or via electronic communication.
2.3. An additional charge applies for all initial window cleans to cover the extra time and resources needed to meet our high standards. The charge will vary based on property size and will be discussed during the quotation process.

2.5. Window cleaning is carried out according to your agreed regular schedule, either every 6 or 12 weeks.
2.6. We strive for reliability and appreciate the same from our customers.
2.7. If you are dissatisfied with the work performed, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address any concerns by re-cleaning the affected area.
2.8. You will be notified the day before your scheduled cleaning via electronic communication (Text/WhatsApp).
2.9. **On the day of the cleaning**, please ensure that gates are unlocked. **If access is restricted or if the service is canceled on the day**, we reserve the right to charge the full service amount.
2.10. A minimum of 3 window cleans is required when you sign up for our services. If you cancel before three cleans have been completed, the remaining cleans will be chargeable.
3. Gutter Clearing / Fascia & Soffits Washing / Conservatory Roof Cleaning
3.1. We offer year-round gutter clearing using a commercial vacuum system, allowing us to work safely from the ground.
3.2. Photo gutter inspections are available for £30.
3.3. If you book gutter clearing within 24 hours of the inspection, the £30 inspection fee will be deducted from the total clearing charge.
3.4. A minimum charge of £90 applies to all gutter clearing services.
3.5. Waste from the gutters will be placed in your garden bin or spread on flower beds/compost, as most of the debris consists of organic matter like moss and leaves. (we do not dispose of this for the customer)
3.6. We are not responsible for any existing damage to guttering, gutter clips, perished rubbers, loose or broken finials that may be discovered during the cleaning process. If any issues are identified, we will inform you promptly.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. For regular services, payments are processed exclusively via our automated payment system, GoCardless.
4.2. **If your GoCardless payment fails** due to either the customer cancelling the mandate or rejection by the bank, we reserve the right to charge a £10 admin fee to cover the time and costs incurred by our payment provider.
4.3. For one-off services, we may require a 50% deposit, payable by debit or credit card, to secure the booking.
4.4. **All payments must be made within 24 hours** of the service being carried out and the invoice being delivered.
4.5. If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge a £20 admin fee for each 30-day period the payment remains outstanding. This fee covers the additional admin time and costs of chasing unpaid invoices.
4.6. After 60 days of non-payment, we reserve the right to seek legal advice, the cost of which will be added to the outstanding balance. If a claim is filed in small claims court, the debt recovery fee will also be added, along with interest charged at the statutory interest rate, which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business-to-business transactions.
5. Cancellations
5.1. To cancel regular services, please notify us by email (info@seeitclean.co.uk) or text, giving at least one clean's notice. 5.2. If you cancel or prevent access to your property on the scheduled cleaning day (e.g., locked gates), we reserve the right to charge the full service amount.
5.3. A minimum of three cleans is required when you sign up for our services. If you cancel before three cleans have been completed, the remaining cleans will be chargeable.
6. Photography and Filming
Please be aware that we may take photographs or record videos during the course of our work for marketing and PR purposes, including use on our website, social media channels, or third-party publications. If you have any concerns or wish to opt-out, please contact us at info@seeitclean.co.uk.
